Creating a Soul Box - Soothing the Creative Soul - 2

Happy 1rst Day of Spring?

Everything is so blah here that you would never know that it is the first day of Spring. The ground is snow covered, the sky is gray and the trees are bare. The only thing that brightened up my day today was my breakfast. I didn't realize until after I had prepared everything that is was all bright orange. I had half of a toasted light multigrain bagel with an easy over omega egg covered in cheddar cheese and some nice sliced oranges on the side. Too my surprise it was so nice to see something cheery and bright looking back at me from my plate!
Hope the sun is shining in your neck of the woods!

Free course!! Soothing the Soul {revisted!}

Many years ago I facilitated a workshop with my dear friend Judy called Soothing the Soul In a nutshell it was a course to help you utilize the tools you already possess to nurture Yourself. I discussed the benefits of journaling, bath therapy,
sacred spaces, healing therapies and creative self-expression.
The course was offered on vimeo for a fee but I have now decided to offer it for FREE!!!
I have revamped the videos a little but the message remains the same.
Please join me on this amazing journey for FREE!
You will find the videos posted here and on youtube and I've renamed it Soothing the Creative Soul.
I hope you enjoy this series and can take away something to help enhance your life.

wHat'S on mY nEEdleS?

I am so excited to have designed my very first knitting pattern ever! It's for chunky socks for toddlers and after I finish tweaking the pattern I am going to have it for sale at Ravelry!

Cute Froggie card!

I made the cutest frog using a frog svg file for SCAL. I love how it turned out. I used Crystal Effects to create the water bubbles and put the yellow background in a Cuttlebug Embossing folder.
